Terms
and Conditions
We beleive that our
customers should want to stay with us because we provide a value for money
service and communication levels are high between us and our customers.
We have as a result made it very easy for our customers to use our service,
and if they ever felt it neccesary to cancel our service equally easy.
Our Standard
Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. Our trading terms are in plain English with no small
print ensuring both both parties understand the agreement.
2. You are commencing this agreement with NECS (UK) Ltd, 27 Glazebury
Way, Northburn Manor, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 3LD (Tel: 0800
3288933 / Fax: 01670 707810).
3. We will undertake to perform the cleaning tasks agreed, and to the
frequencies specified on the cleaning schedule. That’s not to say
you do not have flexibility, if you require extra work doing, or to make
changes to the schedule please communicate this to us. We believe that
communication is key so we will be checking with you on a regular basis
that you are happy with the standards provided.
4. You will need to pay us for providing these services at the rate agreed
below. We will invoice you monthly for these services with payment terms
of 30 days from the date of invoice.
You must also ensure that your building is safe for us to clean. You agree
that it is free from asbestos, hazardous materials and waste materials.
You will indemnify us in respect of any damages or losses we suffer if
your building is not safe or free of dangerous or waste materials.
5. This is your complete agreement with us, and will come to an end whenever
you want for whatever reason. You only need to give us 30 days notice
in writing. You still must of course pay us in full up to the date of
termination.
6. Relationships are a two way thing – so talk to us.
All we ask is that you tell us if your needs or budget change or if you
are not satisfied with our service. If you let us know we have the chance
to meet your expectations.
